Terms & Conditions
The purchase of a Sleep Package (the “Packages”) will be deemed as acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
The full fee for Daddy’s Lullaby Sleep Consultant services is due on booking your Consultation with Daddy’s Lullaby Sleep Consultant.
If the Sleep Programme is cancelled by the Client (the payer and receiver of the consultation) the following terms and conditions apply:
Cancellations more than 48 hours before the consultation: full refund will be issued.
Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the consultation: 50% refund will be issued.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the consultation: no refund will be issued.
After any consultation or support has been delivered, no refund will be issued. All sessions and support included in the Sleep Package are considered delivered once made available to the Client, including advice, written plans, and ongoing email or message support.
Partial refunds for unused sessions may be considered at Daddy’s Lullaby Sleep Consultant’s discretion, on a case-by-case basis.
If a client demonstrates exceptional circumstances for a cancellation within 48 hours of the consultation, Daddy’s Lullaby Sleep Consultant may, on a case-by-case basis, offer a rescheduled appointment within 1 week of the original date.
The Client can decide the best time to start their 3-week support period as part of the “The Full Lullaby” plan, but this must occur within 3 weeks of the 1h consultation. If the client hasn’t communicated they have started the programme within 21 days of the 1h Consultation, Daddy’s Lullaby Sleep Consultant will assume their 3-week support has begun on the 21st day after said Consultation.
The support period included with the “Gentle Beginnings” begins the day after the Consultation.Daddy’s Lullaby Sleep Consultant reserves the right to cancel Consultations at short notice due to personal circumstances. In the event of Daddy’s Lullaby Sleep Consultant cancelling, the Client will be offered a full refund or alternative dates if preferred.
Daddy’s Lullaby Sleep Consultant’s support hours for Consultations Clients are Monday to Friday 9:00 until 20:00, although effort will be taken to also reply out-of-hours or during weekends if needed.
In respect of each package (the “Packages”) granted by Daddy’s Lullaby Sleep Consultant to the Client, the Client agrees that it shall not provide the Programme to any third party who is not a Client.
Advice given by Daddy’s Lullaby Sleep Consultant is intended as advice related to sleep and is not intended as a substitute for medical advice from a GP or other medical expert.
Daddy’s Lullaby Sleep Consultant advises to the best of their ability, experience and training but does not accept responsibility or liability for sleep and behavioural work that does not achieve the desired result following the Consultations process.
If the Client’s child has an underlying health condition, Daddy’s Lullaby Sleep Consultant reserves the right to not proceed with the Consultation. If this is the case, the Client will receive a full refund.
If it’s found to be the Client’s child’s age is under 5 months and this hasn’t been explicitly stated to Daddy’s Lullaby Sleep Consultant (the “Company”), the Company reserves the right to not proceed with the Consultation. If this is the case, the terms and conditions in point 3 will be applied.
Daddy’s Lullaby Sleep Consultant is contactable at any time during the day but will respond when possible, as soon as possible after receipt of the contact from the Client, notwithstanding personal circumstances or holidays.
Daddy’s Lullaby Sleep Consultant reserves the right to cease the provision of support in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: abuse or harassment from a Client to the Daddy’s Lullaby Sleep Consultant team or a Client sets up a competitor business including a sleep consultancy business during the duration of the support period and/or does not communicate this prior.
Daddy’s Lullaby Sleep Consultant reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time.
