This is my most comprehensive, hands-on sleep package, designed for children aged 4 months to 5 years. It’s built for families who want close guidance and a plan tailored specifically to their child.

This package is ideal if you’d like continuous reassurance and expert guidance throughout the process. From our first conversation, we’ll work together as a team, building a plan you feel confident implementing.

Once we’ve set your sleep goals, we’ll walk through the gentle, step-by-step strategies you’ll use to reach them - whether that’s moving on from co-sleeping, reducing feeds or rocking to sleep, tackling frequent night waking, or easing early rising.

With my virtual support, you’re never on your own. I’ll be right alongside you, providing encouragement, troubleshooting, and adjustments as needed so we can improve sleep for your entire family together.

This is my self-paced sleep package, designed for families who prefer clear, expert guidance they can follow in their own time. It’s suitable for children aged 4 months to 5 years and gives you all the tools you need to create better sleep without ongoing support.
