Hi, I’m Rick, founder of Daddy’s Lullaby and an OCN-certified sleep consultant.

I work using my signature Tailored Sleep Framework: a structured, personalised approach to sleep that recognises every child and every family is different.

Rather than using a single “method”, I design an approach around your child’s temperament, your parenting style, and your family’s goals; but always using gentle, responsive techniques.

Because the right strategy for a confident toddler may be completely different from what works best for a sensitive baby, my role is to guide you through a process that fits your child and your family, step by step.

Before working in sleep support, I spent years as a scientist at world-leading research institutions. That experience shaped how I work today: observing closely, noticing small but important details, and adapting the plan as your child responds.

Expert review of your child’s routine logs

We start by taking an holistic view of your child’s complete routine - night sleep, naps, night wakings, feeding/eating, activity levels and mood.
This allows me to understand what parts of their routine are working well, and which need gentle and supportive changes.

1-Hour Private Consultation

During the consultation, we will discuss every aspect of your child’s sleep: daily routine, sleep environment, bedtime routine and much more. We will set realistic goals that work for your family, using an approach that everyone feels comfortable with.

Bespoke Sleep Plan

The day after the consultation, you will receive a detailed, step-by-step sleep plan covering bedtime routine, naps, night wakings, feeds and much more.
This plan is unique to your little one, being completely tailored to your child and your family.

Support Period

When you start using the plan, your 3 weeks of unlimited 1:1 Whatsapp support will begin. This means you can send me as many messages as you want, every day.
I’ll check in with you every day to check how things are going, offer encouragement and tips, and refine the plan if necessary.
