Hi, I'm Rick. Former research scientist. OCN-certified sleep consultant. Before working in sleep support, I spent years as a scientist at world-leading research institutions — earning a BSc, MSc and PhD along the way. That background shaped everything about how I work: observing closely, noticing small but important details, and adapting the plan as your child responds.
As a fellow parent, I know what it feels like to be too exhausted to find a solution: just trying to get through one more day, not fully enjoying the moments with your little one. That experience is what drives my work as a sleep consultant.

We start by taking an holistic view of your child’s complete routine - night sleep, naps, night wakings, feeding/eating, activity levels and mood.
This allows me to understand what parts of their routine are working well, and which need gentle and supportive changes.
1-Hour Private Consultation
During the consultation, we will discuss every aspect of your child’s sleep: daily routine, sleep environment, bedtime routine and much more. We will set realistic goals that work for your family, using an approach that everyone feels comfortable with.
Bespoke Sleep Plan
The day after the consultation, you will receive a detailed, step-by-step sleep plan covering bedtime routine, naps, night wakings, feeds and much more.
This plan is unique to your little one, being completely tailored to your child and your family.
Support Period
When you start using the plan, your 3 weeks of unlimited 1:1 Whatsapp support will begin. This means you can send me as many messages as you want, every day.
I’ll check in with you every day to check how things are going, offer encouragement and tips, and refine the plan if necessary.
